Information we process

Depending on the services enabled by an institution, information may include account details, contact information, student profiles, enrollment, attendance, academic results, communications, uploaded documents, system activity and technical diagnostic information.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the platform, support authorized education workflows, communicate important service information, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability and meet lawful institutional obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Institution responsibilities

Institutions control the education records they enter and determine which authorized users may access them. Questions about the accuracy, correction, retention or use of an education record should first be directed to the relevant institution.

Security and access

We use authentication, role-based permissions, institution separation, protected server operations and activity monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users must protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for the period required to deliver the service, satisfy institutional instructions and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Authorized deletion requests are evaluated with the responsible institution.

Service providers and transfers

R.E.A.L.M.S may use trusted infrastructure providers to host, authenticate, store and deliver the service. They process information only for contracted purposes and subject to their safeguards and applicable requirements.

Depending on your relationship with an institution and applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion through your institution or contact us for assistance.
